What is it? Slow Vinyasa Yoga
When is it? Tuesdays 5.30 pm – 6.30 pm
Who is it for? All levels / Beginner friendly
⁕ You will need to be able to get up and down from your mat.
Slow Flow is a breath-led, mindful movement practice that builds strength and flexibility.
We flow gently from one pose to the next, syncing breath and movement to create calm strength and fluid mobility (in body and mind).
Each class includes seated, standing and floor poses and has a focus on alignment, stability and mindful transitions.
You’ll build heat gradually through foundational Sun Salutes, balance work and core activation before melting into longer-held floor poses and a deeply restful savasana.
During savasana, you’ll be guided through meditation and moments of stillness allowing your body, mind and breath to fully integrate.
What to bring?
⁕ A yoga mat if you have one: Don't worry if you don't, I have spares.
⁕ Layers of clothing: We can go from cool, to warm and back to cool again!
⁕ Any comforts you need for savasana where you'll be lying down for meditation: Blanket, eye pillow etc.
What is it? Vinyasa Yoga
When is it?
Flow: Tuesdays 6.30am – 7.30am
Flow 45: Fridays 7.00am – 7.45am
Who is it for? Intermediate / Not beginner friendly
Flow and Flow 45 are energising, full-body vinyasa practices that combine breath, strength and fluid movement to help you feel uplifted and strong.
Each class moves through a creative, breath-driven sequence that build progressively toward a peak pose or signature flow. You’ll challenge yourself physically while cultivating focus and clarity, and will probably have a good laugh while you're at it (we don't take ourselves too seriously in this class!).
Flow classes are best suited for those familiar with Sun Salutations and foundational poses, as cues are concise and transitions flow continuously.
Classes usually run in 2-3 week progressive series, giving you time to refine your technique and find that magical flow state. You can join anytime. Come and have some fun!

What is it? Restorative + Yin Yoga
When is it? Thursdays 5.30 pm – 6.30 pm
Who is it for? All levels / Beginner friendly (all floor based)
Restore is a slow, nourishing class designed to help you unwind and release tension from head to toe.
Every pose is floor-based, supported by props and held for several minutes to gently open the body and calm your nervous system.
This practice invites deep rest and stillness, helping you to shift from “doing” into simply being.
You’ll be guided to soften, breathe and surrender into each posture so your body can restore itself naturally.
What to bring?
⁕ A yoga bolster if you have one: I do have some spares.
⁕ A yoga mat if you have one: Don't worry if you don't, I have spares.
⁕ Layers of clothing: There's a lot of stillness in this class so make sure you are wearing clothing that is warm and comfortable.
⁕ Any comforts you need to make this practice extra comfy and restorative: Blanket, cushions, eye pillow, socks ... overnight bag 😉
WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga is a holistic practice that helps build strength and flexibility in your body and your mind. My yoga classes include pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses) and savasana (the best bit at the end of every class where you lie down for mediation / relaxation!).
DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE?
NO! Yoga helps build flexibility, but it's definitely not the entire aim of the practice or a requirement for you to start. For group classes, you do need to be able to get up and down from your mat (sitting to standing). If you do have an injury or limitation, please make sure you let your teacher know before class.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
It doesn’t matter what you wear as long as you can move easily.
WHERE ARE CLASSES HELD?
Group classes are held at Grampians Movement & Wellbeing Centre (aka 'The Hub) at 11A Ararat Road, Stawell. We have a big mat room and spare where you can put aside your shoes, phone, bag etc while you hop on to your mat and forget about life for an hour!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A yoga mat if you have one. If you don't, I have plenty of spares.
If you are coming to Restore, bring a yoga bolster if you have one. I do have a few spares if you don't.
Layers of clothing: Depending on the class (and the time of the year!), we usually move from cool, to warm, and back to cool again so bring any layers you need to be comfortable.
Any extra props/comforts you need, eg: socks, blanket, cushion, eye pillow.
ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
Avoid heavy meals for 1-2 hours prior to your practice. The last thing you want is an uneasy feeling in your belly during your practice!
